The Hopes of John
I sat there, staring out into the mountains. The black and white topped peaks sitting just above the clouds, overcoming all the others. There was one that was the absolute tallest of the group, sat there, its commanding position in the mountain range. I let the fresh air go through my nostrils and maw as I yawned. The night was young and the sun was setting, but more important things were on my mind. I turned my head and saw the brown dragon laying next to me, John, the love of my life, sleeping soundly with his face on the floor in a cute was. I put my paw over his head and stroked down his neck and back, being careful to
Luner Lander
The white flash subsided as Kasvar looked into the dissipating smoke, growling at the prospect of someone trying stop him from killing Asche.
The smoke faded, reavealing a black dragon standing within the newly-formed crater. His turquoise wings spread out, and the dragon panted from the sudden use of its energy. “I’m sure you wouldn’t have forgotten about me, Aterrimawenn,” the dragon said as he climbed out of the crater.
It was Luner.
“What? How are you still alive, you insignificant pest!” Aterrimawenn shouted.
“A little help from the Light Core can get you a long way, as can dependabl
Freedom
“Asche, get up. You need to get up now.”
A voice shattered Asche’s mind into a thousand pieces as he broke out of the memory that he was just having.
“What? What is going on?” he asked back, his brain taking a while to kick into gear.
“Get up, look at me, and you will know what is going on,” the female voice said as Asche pulled his head up to meet the voice, and then he stood eye-to-eye with Naeda. Her eyes were as white as the Core’s birth. “Look into my soul, and you will be free,” she said as the white started to cloud Asche’s vision, making something hurt deep insi

The Past Reveals All
Asche stood outside the door to Xandra’s home, waiting for the Darkness dragon so he could singe her to the ground. She knew too much about the Protectors—what they have been and what they shouldn’t be.
Asche knew that he had made errors in his judgement. That was why the Cores were so strained: the Light’s oppression of the Dark Core. He wished to change that for the best, but Huxra wouldn’t have any of it. That Protector was the most oppressive of the lot, and they knew they had to appease him to make sure that the Electric dragons did not inevitably die.
Asche peered round the corner and s

The Crystal...
The Crystal that held up the barrier for Warfang fell down in front of Rhazier. His good right eye pointed towards the light blue gem lying there on the floor. He looked up towards the wall, where the smoke billowed from the place that the crystal had been dislodged.
“Oh great,” Rhazier said nonchalantly as the roars rocked the floor where he stood, black figures climbing down and flying over the wall.
The invasion of the Darkers had begun. Rhazier looked for anyone around him who could help stop the incoming invasion. Although his body was calm and unanimated, his mind was in overdrive to figure

Chapter 1: Periodic Stability
“Our pasts can produce unstable futures, only the smart ones can stabilise this future to become a prosperous one.” - Eastern Dragon of the Realms
Well, once the dragon realms stabilised into the two sectors that it is now, the Light Core and the Dark Core, Dragons were aligned to these sectors on what element they possessed. These ‘unstable’ entities were almost eradicated, but all of this comes to an end once the ignorance of few start to infect the many. One of these people is Kasvar the Earth Protector.
Kasvar stood on his perch as he watched two dragons, a cream one and a bla

A Pebble to the Earth
Earth; Substance, Mineral.
Mineral was one of the few pure-blood Earth types, having received two Earth type genes from her parents. She was born at a time when other Guardians frowned upon having a hatchling during war, when they needed to focus on the problems of battle and what they were going to do about said problems. But Terrador was in desperate need, and as one of the oldest guardians on the board, his bloodline would stop if he didn’t have a hatchling in the midst of the war against the darkness. So he talked with his mate, Spark, about the issue.
